Class open to levels of students (Beginners; Intermediate; Advanced).
This class focuses on building core strength and improving your flexibility while toning muscles in your whole body. Student learns how to find resistence in their own body, and they learn exercises that they can easily practice at home. The teacher has the ability to teach a very fluid multi-level class, modifying poses/movements for beginners, and challenging advanced students at the same time. The class is invigorating, challenging, and lots of students have reported that they feel taller after class. Come and enjoy this rare and inspiring experience!
