While lying on a heated table, warmed lotion is applied with long, flowing strokes relieving tension, improving circulation, reducing stress and assisting in total body relaxation from head to toe.

Collagen lotion is applied to the body in long flowing strokes followed by the wrapping of warmed, herbal soaked elastic strips. They will be applied from above the knee to the chest (over your cotton undies- so bring extras to change into) to help firm those problem areas. While you relax and allow the herbs to work their magic a neck and facial massage will be enjoyed.
