Programs:

Tiny Cubs- 3 Year Olds

Tiny Cubs 4-6 Year Olds

The leader in the children's martial arts programming has developed a dynamic program for three to six year old.  The Tiny Tiger curriculum was designed with the needs of both the child and parent in mind.

The media glamorizes violence and teaches little responsibility, resulting in aggressive behavior.  Our responsibility is to teach a strong value system.  We stress self-control and self-discipline. Our students learn right from wrong.  Our entire program revolves around praise and positive correction creating a positive happy environment.

We also address the physical needs of the youngster.  Our Tigers are just developing their gross and fine motor skills.  Tae Kwon Do helps in the areas of balance, strength and coordination.  Our instructors are also keenly aware of their vocabulary development.  Explaining and demonstrating new phrases and words.

Junior Program- 7 - 13 Year Olds

The curriculum for our "Karate for Kids" program is founded on the belief that every child is special and every child is a winner!

Our unique program was developed to teach children values in a positive furn environment.  We combine the right mixture of discipline, caring and fun.

One of our main goals is to teach each child to be able to defend themselves in a threatening situation.  We must also make them aware of when it is the proper time to use their skill and when to use their self-control.

Our most important mission for teaching children is to develop a strong value system.  We do this through monthly themes, classroom discussions and our reinforcement through our "Karate for Kids" patch system.  We strive to improve each students:  concentration, self-discipline, courtesy, integrity, respect, character, self-esteem, school performance by embodying these principles we commit to the development of today's youth.

Adult Program

The American TaeKwonDo Association provides quality instruction for adults of all ages and needs.  Adults from all walks of life choose Tae Kwon Do for a variety of reasons. The majority of our current students tell us they choose the ATA because of the professionalism of the instructors, classes and facilities.

Age is not a factor in joining.  You are never too old to learn, develop and grow.

Adults develop their cardiovascular system, exercise and strengthen their muscles while gaining flexibility in mental and physically stimulation environment.  Many adults drop out of conventional exercise programs due to repetition and boredom, however our students inform us that TaeKwonDo is exercise with a propose.

Our adult students also enjoy the benefits of mastering a complete self-defense system.  In today's increasingly more violent society, this provides great peace of mind.  Martial Arts will provide you with great confidence.  whatever your goal, please discuss it with our instructor, so her/she may help by setting up the best program for you.
